Cancellations and refunds
How cancelling works, and when you get your money back.
Cancellation terms come from the supplier and are shown on every product page before you pay. Typical terms are free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
If a trip is cancelled by the operator — weather, sea conditions, minimum numbers — you are refunded in full regardless of the window.
Refunds return to the original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–10 working days depending on your bank; we don’t promise instant refunds because we can’t control bank processing.
